Prep & Serve
Place frozen roast into a 38°F to 40°F refrigerator for 48 to 72 hours until completely thawed. Heating times may vary due to oven variances.
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove all packaging from the thawed roast. Place roast into shallow roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place into oven and heat. For the center of the roast to be medium-rare, heat for about 1 hour 15 min to an internal temperature of 115°F. For the center to be well-done, heat about 1 hour 40 min to an internal temperature of 155°F. For a more browned outside surface, remove foil halfway through heating.
Broiler/Grill
Preheat broiler/grill to high (about 500°F). Remove all packaging from thawed roast. Place on grill or in baking pan in broiler. Heat uncovered, turning every 6 min until the desired degree of doneness is reached (approximately 35 min for medium-rare and 45 min for well-done). Take internal temperature. For the center of the roast to be medium-rare and the ends to be medium to medium-well, heat to an internal temperature of 115°F. For the center to be well-done, heat to an internal temperature of 155°F.
Microwave Oven
Remove all packaging from thawed roast, retaining juices. Cut roast into 1/2-inch slices. Place one slice in a microwavable container and pour some retained juice over the top. Cover and heat on high for 1-1/2 min or until desired degree of doneness is reached. Let stand 1 min before serving.
Au Jus Preparation
Save all liquid from the packaging and in the container after heating. In a small saucepan, bring it to a boil, strain and serve.

Awesome Prime Rib
by Pamela B.
The prime rib was a hit with the family. My husband is a chef and he said it was good also. My only complaint is I wish I was offered in larger sizes to. Hopefully next year will be able to afford it again.
Highly Recommend

We ordered the prime rib for Christmas dinner this year. It was delicious and the perfect size for 6 adults.

The perfect Prime Rib and Potatoes Dinner
by Margarita Caicedo
I order this Prime Rib for New Year's dinner for 6 people (there was enough left over for 3 more people, or 2nds.)
Everything was great. The order arrived as scheduled and frozen.
I followed the instructions step by step and the result was almost perfect; meaning the center of the meat was still a bit rare, but that might have to do with the oven temperatures (I didn't use a meat thermometer), therefore I don't consider it a fault. Next time I will use the meat thermometer...
The flavor and consistency were fabulous!
I served it with their "Potatoes Au Gratin" (which I moved to a Pyrex baking dish) and they were amazing as well!
And YES, I will order both items again and again and again...
