Prep & Serve
As soon as you receive your package, remove the meat from the cooler and refrigerate. Hams take approximately 24-36 hours to thaw in the refrigerator. If kept in the refrigerator, Ham will stay fresh for 7 to 10 days.
Serve at Room Temperature
The Honey Baked Hams® are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. Take the meat out of the refrigerator to stand at room temperature for at least 30 min before serving. Refrigerate unused portions immediately.
We recommend that you do not heat Honey Baked Hams® – they are made to enjoy right from the refrigerator. If you prefer your meat warmed, gently heat on low heat 275°F for 10 min per pound only by the slice, do not heat the entire ham. Heating may cause the meat to dry out and lose flavor.
Slicing and Sectioning
Honey Baked Hams® are pre-sliced, but you may also prefer to section the ham into smaller portions. Using a sharp knife, cut around the bone of the ham. Cut along the natural muscle line to remove the top section of slices. Cut straight down from the base of the bone to release remaining sections.
Store for Future Use
Honey Baked Hams® can be frozen up to 6 weeks for future use. To freeze a ham upon receipt, leave it in the foil and insulated bag it arrived in, and place in the coldest part of your freezer. To serve after freezing, remove from the insulated bag and place in refrigerator for 24-36 to thaw before serving. Once thawed, the Ham will keep for 7-10 days. To freeze unused ham portions after opening, wrap the ham in aluminum foil and freeze within 5 days of thawing.
Side Dishes Heating Instructions
Heating times may vary due to oven and microwave variances. Increase heating time when heating multiple items. Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 5 days.

Excellent Value as a Gift for a Friend
by Ron Larrivee
I sent the Quarter Honey Baked Ham to a family friend who wife had just returned from the hospital back in the Fall. They raved about it and said they thoroughly enjoyed every last bit of it having had several meals and sandwiches from the ham. They also made a pea soup with the balance.

Best Ham Ever
by Debbie A.
This was my first taste of a Honey Baked Ham. We ordered this mini-meal for our Christmas lunch. It was absolutely delicious! The casseroles did shift a little in shipping so I did added additional toppings to the green bean casserole & sweet potato casserole. It was enough to feed 4 people with a little left over. We will most definitely be ordering this every year for our Christmas lunch. That ham is the best we’ve ever had!
