Awesome appetizers

These are awesome. They are light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness. They have that light pasty crust that when put in the oven adds a little flakiness. I love them and can't stop eating them. We keep them in the freezer and when we have couples over or for a Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years get together, it is the perfect pre-dinner appetizer. We used for our stay in date nights with a drink and they are perfect as even a light meal. They don't fill you up too much and they are not too sweet. The slight sweetness with the flaky crust is so unique. I have not had anything like these anywhere. They taste like something you would get served at a fancy party or wedding on those plates that get carried around.
